As a person who never knows what to pair with beer or or cheese the book was enlightening and engaging. Everything you want to know about beer from Ales to Lagers is discuused here. The introduction: “So many choices, So little time”, was an eye opener. You will find yourself wanting to try each pairing suggested. I throughly enjoyed Cheese and Beer and look forward to trying the Velvet Merlin(Stout) with double cream Cremont(Cheese) from Vermont in the future.
